Creative Assistant
Francia Oviedo has been a follower of Christ since 2010, in her home country of Colombia. As a young girl she went to church and always felt Jesus was near. She’s been married to Oscar Alvarez since 2016. Together they study theology at the Baxter Institute in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. While students, they discovered their passion for audiovisual mediums and through that passion, Francia began a social media ministry called Hijas de Luz (Daughters of the Light). Through it she encourages and advises many with the main desire to share the message of God, not only so others can be saved, but so they can experience the goodness of God on this earth, living in and feeling the love of Jesus in their hearts.
After working several more years in Honduras post-graduation, she and her husband moved to his hometown of Armenia, Colombia, where they serve alongside other couples in church plants in two regions of the city.
