Board Member
Brenda Brizendine was born and raised in a Christian family in Guatemala and now lives in Castle Rock, Colorado, with her husband and daughter. She holds a degree in Marketing and an MBA and brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience to her role, having served with organizations such as Compassion International in Guatemala and Head Start in Colorado Springs.
From September 2018 through February 2025, Brenda served on the Iron Rose Sister Ministries team, where she developed a deep understanding of and passion for the ministry’s mission. She has continued to support IRSM as an Ambassador and now brings her experience, perspective, and love for the ministry to the Board of Directors.
Brenda currently worships with the Littleton Church of Christ in Centennial, Colorado, where she serves in both Children’s and Women’s Ministries. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has a passion for the Lord and for equipping others. Throughout her life, Brenda has witnessed God working in every aspect of her journey. Her trust in His presence is reflected in one of her favorite Scriptures, Psalm 46:10: “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
