Erin K. Casey has a heart for missions and for helping people discover the hope of Jesus through God’s Word. She believes people should be able to read and study Scripture in their heart language, a conviction that draws her to Iron Rose Sister Ministries and its work of helping women connect more deeply with God and one another.
Erin and her husband, Brian, served as missionaries in Ireland. Much of their work involved studying the Bible with people and helping them understand that they can have a personal relationship with God through Jesus. Today, Erin leads a women’s Bible class at A&M Church of Christ in College Station, Texas.
With a bachelor’s degree in journalism, Erin also brings a love of storytelling to her work as an author, writing coach, and publishing consultant. She founded My Writers’ Connection and co-directs the Texas Christian Writers’ Conference, helping others share stories that shine a light on what God is doing in the world today.
Erin and Brian have been married since 2002 and have two grandchildren and are looking forward to welcoming a third.
